7-day Returns (unused/unaltered): Beautiful Hair Company offers a no-hassle 7-day returns and exchanges policy on all unused or unaltered hair extensions from the date of delivery.

  • Restocking Fee and Refunds: Approved refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, excluding exchanges. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and shipping costs.

  • Customer bears all the shipping Expense: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are advised to use a trackable shipping method. Beautiful Hair Company is not liable for lost packages.

Section 2: Beautiful Hair Company Disclaimers

  • Product Damage and Misuse: Beautiful Hair Company is not responsible for product issues arising from use, alteration, post-installation issues, incorrect care, color treatments, bleaching, cutting, hair maintenance issues, incorrect installation, or other purposes.

  • Return Conditions: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, be in original packaging with tags, have proof of purchase, and be unused, unaltered, dry, and chemically unaltered.

  • Return Procedure: Customers must raise a return/exchange request, wait for approval, and receive a return address. Once approved, ship the package at their own expense and email tracking details.

  • Refund Issuance: After confirming the unused/unaltered condition of the return, Beautiful Hair Company will issue a refund within 7 to 10 business days.
